Room was creaking lights weren’t working toilet handle was falling off. Couldn’t sleep because bus stop and cars could be heard all through the night. No towels when trying to communicate with apartment manager no assistance was provided calls were sent to voicemail. Check in was really convoluted. If i could rate this place lower I would do not stay here

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! The person running this place is entirely incompetent. On my arrival date, I had not received any check in instructions. I called to no answer then got a text. I proceeded to spend my entire flight going back and forth as he "tried to figure out payment with Expedia." The place was booked and the stay was fully paid for three weeks in advance. Then he told me that I would have to switch rooms in the middle of a three day stay. Why was this being addressed the day of my arrival??? I would have went elsewhere. He blamed it on Expedia and didnt even apologize until I told him he hadn't apologized. There was hair on the bathroom floor, outlets didn't work, there was no remote for the TV. Then, a half hour after I left, I received a text telling me I needed to check out now. If you want an absolute disaster managed by a wildly incompetent host who really doesnt care about you, this is the place.

This charming Airbnb listing in the heart of uptown is a must-visit. I thoroughly enjoyed being right on the M line trolley, which provided a convenient way to explore the neighborhood. The neighborhood felt incredibly safe, making me feel comfortable and at ease. The spacious home boasts ample sunlight, but you can easily draw the blinds and curtains for privacy when needed. I had a wonderful time here and will definitely be returning in the future!

We stayed in Unit B, which is the second floor with balcony overlooking Cole Ave to the east. The Good: Lovely historic 1920's home remodeled into four private units. Granite counter, wood floors. Easy to locate, good parking, well-trafficked area, easy walking access to trails, parks, and lots of great restaurants. Pet-friendly with a small yard. Feels safe. Comfortable beds, no squeaking/sagging. Spacious living areas. Responsive hosts. Our access code came on time, everything seemed to be automated. The Not-So-Good: Cleaners missed the mark. Hardly any dishes/utensils in cabinets (found them the next morning, in a dirty dishwasher!) Food left in fridge. No coffee provided, as was stated in amenities. One set of towels, no bath mat. Trash left on balcony. Floors had leaves/sticks/hair/debris left behind, no broom to sweep with... THE NOISE!! Not at the Airbnb itself, but neighbors just 20 feet away from our headboard had an all-night party on their balcony (cops finally came a little after 3am and shut them down). Love Field jets fly over low every 10 mins. Sirens and burnouts ALL night. Curtains don't block lights from the deck (they can't be turned off?!) Tiny A/C vent in

Excellent location in Uptown. Very walkable neighborhood and felt very safe. There is a bit of street noise, but that comes along with the great location right in the heart of uptown. Unit D has a very spacious bedroom and bathroom. The room is decorated beautifully. The shower is amazing! Everything was clean and the host was responsive. Great Airbnb!!
